The install was a little trickier than I’ve done in the past. The was a specific threaded pipe elbow that was hard to find. But I still give it 5 stars.

Washes and dries so much better than the dishwasher we had. Doesn’t have all the bells & whistles of higher priced models but they’d probably unused anyway.. dishes and glassware sparkle!

Disappointing Items and Service

Attempts to get this situation remedied by calling the appropriate numbers resulted in false and misleading directions that led nowhere. This one replaces another that was a Samsung lemon that broke down every 6-8 mos and had to have the control panel replaced. We had to pay extra to get this lesser quality item that works adequately at best.

I had to put my ear to the front of the dishwasher to know that things were happening....Love it
