I got an email at 1:53 pm today saying it was ready for pickup. 2 minutes later I got an email saying my wife has picked it up. I didn't see these emails until the store was closed, and my wife was at work 75 miles from the store all day. I hope it's there tomorrow!

They have gotten used to having to wash their dishes by hand before putting them into the dishwasher, and the dishes would normally come out very wet. Now we can put dishes into the dishwasher after just scraping off most of the food but not rinsing and no washing ahead of time, and surprise, surprise, they come out dry! It really is nice to have a real dishwasher that actually washes the dishes and they really do come out clean and dry. The only items that don't come out completely dry are a few plastic lids, but that's no big deal. We will see how long it lasts, but at least for now, we are all very impressed. The downside of this deal is the charges we had to pay for the delivery, the charge for the installation, the charge for the install kit, the charge to haul off the old dishwasher and the extended warranty. All of that almost doubled the price of the item. We bought this one because of the recommendation from Consumer Reports and the good reviews. The other one we were considering had a recommendation from Consumer Reports but had a lot of bad reviews, so we went with this one in spite of the higher charges. It takes 2 hours 45 minutes for a regular load of dishes, which seems like a long time, but at least they do come out dry. It's nice to have the buttons on the top so the little ones can't see them and play with them.

I also had to remove the right portion of the 3rd rack to fit taller cups and wine glasses even with the middle rack in the lowest position. For the price though, I am content! And I truly am happy with the way it washes and dries! It gets an A+ for performance and is VERY quiet!
