The hinge for the freezer was bent so the freezer door doesn't stay closed. Unfortunately, it arrived right before we had to take my daughter to college, so no way to get it fixed. Would've preferred to pick the refrigerator up at a Best Buy but it was only available for shipping.

Fridge door is dented, there is a huge dent on side of fridge, one bracket missing on bottom on fridge make the unit extremely unlevel.

I had it on the normal settings and the top shelf of the fridge froze completely. Also you get a lot of defrost on the refrigerator, just makes a big mess. I don’t recommend this item.

Absolutely no sign of damage on the box. I hope that it works. Waiting 24 hrs like before plugging it in. If it doesn't work I'll really be upset. Will never buy a mini frig. from best buy again.

Great Refrigerator but......

The freezer leaks into the fridge and the refrigerator part does not get as cold as I expected. I only use to store my water, sodas, and maybe my lunch for the day. The only part I hate about is the water that drips in refrigerator.
