    The box came destroyed. The fridge itself had many dents in it. Not impressed

    I cannot and will not sleep with any humming or buzzing noise. Reading through these reviews it seemed iffy 50/50 on noise but let me tell you that this fridge is SO SILENT and I love that about it. Second I saw somewhere someone said its not magnetic, false it is magnetic and I have magnets on it so don’t fret about that part. Third it is very very spacious so don’t worry about not having space. I’d worry more about what will i store with all this space. And finally this fridge is a monster, 2 hours at the coldest setting and I’m already storing ice cream and beverages in there. How much better can it get really? SILENT, HUGE STORAGE, AND EFFICENCY.

    The packaging on these is completely ineffective. Bought a unit that I replaced twice, all 3 had significant damage. While all seemed operational, one unit the door could only open half way and all had significant scratches and dents that made me question the longevity of the units. They really looked like they were tossed out of the back of a truck doing 70 on the highway.

    It was great for 8 months until the Freon leaked out and it stopped cooling. DO NOT BUY INSIGNIA

    Package was delivered very damaged. 1 hour on the phone, disconnected twice between transfers. If you do not live near a best buy do not buy from them! It will be a living nightmare to get them to pick the item up. You are stuck with a worthless appliance.

    I purchased this may 30th 2020, it is now december 12 2020 and this piece of junk has already stopped working. i lost all the food that was in it, this thing still has the plastic on it for crying out loud! i will never buy anything made by this company again, it is garbage.

    OK this fridge is seven months old. It is not cooling. Do I have an extended warranty ,yes I do. Will I be calling Best Buy,yes I will. Should last more than seven months. Quite questionable quality.

    This fridge works perfectly fine but after a few months something happens to the motor and it starts producing this horrible rancid smell that will stink up any room or dorm room. If you're going to buy please get the geek squad protection because I will be exchanging for the second time now.

    Got this fridge and thought it was amazing until about a week after purchase. It now screams a high pitch sound literally 24 hours a day. I’ve tried to turn the temp down I’ve unplugged it and plugged it back in multiple times and still does it. Would never want to purchase a mini fridge from Best Buy again.

    Worked less then a month

    We bought this fridge and the 4-year protection for our son who went to college this fall. First, the freezer stopped working, and a week later the fridge. The unit worked for less than a month and for service you have to return it to the store. Geek Squad is NOT much help here.
