Worked less then a month

First, the freezer stopped working, and a week later the fridge. The unit worked for less than a month and for service you have to return it to the store. Geek Squad is NOT much help here.

Arrived damaged

Called customer service and was offered a $15 discount. Opted to return. When I returned there was another identical fridge there with damage. Took money to another big box retailer with whirlpool brand in stock, perfect condition.

Did not work.

Noisy and Does not Freeze properly

I had it in my office and it is obnoxiously noisy, it buzzes on and off throughout the day and the freezer part does not completely freeze my items.

Don’t waste your money

1. There has a drain pan on the compressor, check there leakage or not 2.Check whether there is a gap between the door seal and the box 3.There has two adjustable foot on the front bottom, you can adjust it to make the unit even.

It’s not working right

I told him to give it some time. When I talked to him last, it’s still not getting cold. I’ll be calling Best Buy for a replacement.

However, the freezer doesnt work at all. Ice cream turned "bubbly", ice cubes never happened, frozen meat defrosted. A friend of mine has the exact same...same thing..different day.

Dented and broken

Stopped working

More interior space than others this size
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.So far I am very impressed with this mini fridge. First off, I don't understand why there are any 1 star reviews because someones fridge was delivered damaged (it's seems common on all mini fridges). Return it and get a new one, yes it's a hassle, but shipping damage means nothings as far as the quality and design which is what these reviews should be about. Having said that, this was packaged well with foam all around and there was no damage. This is my second mini fridge in less than 2 weeks. Originally bought the Willz from Costco, it is made by Galanz and it seems a lot of these 3.0 cu ft fridges are made by the same company, they all have the same exact design. This one is unique though, the interior space is larger, the fixed shelf is a couple inches lower than the Galanz which gives you a little more space inside the fridge. It's not much, but every little bit helps. This has an excellent design for the interior space. The reason I bought this fridge, even though I had the Galanz, well the Galanz would not shut off. I ran it for two days, the temperature stabilized, but it never shut off. Also, it was noisy. I didn't know that until I got this one, this is much quieter and it actually shuts off once the proper temp is reached! When I first plugged it in, after letting it sit for 24 hours to make sure all the fluid had settled (you should let it sit for a minimum of 4 hours before plugging in), it took less than 4 hours to go from 82 degrees to under 40. Overall, I'm very impressed in the couple days I've tested this. It's a new model, so there is no long term info yet, the old model had excellent reviews, hopefully this one performs as well in the long run.

Great item for purchase price

I ordered this item to place in my office. The delivery was quick, but I will say the item arrived damaged. There was a large dent at the bottom of the fridge door. I think the manufacturer could do better with the packaging to avoid damage. I reached out to Best Buy to report the damage and they offered a discount or a replacement. I have had this item for about a month and it is working well. It keeps my beverages and fruit cups cold with temp on level 4. The freezer keeps items frozen. I did initially .after one night ,have a thin layer of ice form inside the back wall but it was easily removed and hasn’t happened since. So far, I’m pleased with my purchase.
