Great tv for bedrooms nice picture quality and sound but for some reason when I’m not even touching the remote the tv will switch applications or input

We picked up two of these on sale. It is a mixed bag, honestly. The one I put up in my office runs well, solid picture, generally happy with despite not really liking the fire OS. The second one is a disaster that I would return if I could. It loads everything incredibly slow. Plagued by black / blank screens. Generally unusable. Factory reset 2x. Good if it works! Waste of money and space otherwise.

Great TV for my 13 year old granddaughter! She Loves it! She has it in her bedroom and has been working perfectly now for almost 2 months. She was used to a Fire TV so this what I bought here. Beautiful picture! Excellent buy for the money.

Not sure how to review this, as I made the mistake of buying an Open Box one, and it never worked right. Eventually, after 2 weeks, it just got stuck. Took 3-5 minutes to get to the home screen, if it ever got there at all. So I returned it. That said, I do have another like it, but a different size, in the house, and it works beautifully. Talking to the remote is such an easy way to navigate, and the picture is bright and beautiful. I guess the moral of the story is, don't buy Open Box items to save a few bucks.

Needed a small TV for the guest bedroom. Wouldn't be used that much, so went with this 32". Nice picture!

Usually buy Samsung but that wasn't in the budget this time. Pleasantly surprised in how well this works. Picture is very good even with over the air reception and after getting acclimated to the new controls, it is easier to use than our Samsungs.

This is an awesome tv for the size. It fits perfectly in our bathroom so we can watch the morning news and weather while getting ready for work. It is a smart tv and a Fire TV so can even watch movies while in the tub! Picture quality is great.

Offers everything I need in a tv. Easy to navigate. Great picture. Wish I could command it through my Echo Device.

I own 3 of these Insignia Smart TVs, so obviously I'm a fan. The first two were the 32" 720p version and the 39" 720p version. Both were outstanding choices for a guest room and an office, where I could connect them via both ethernet and HD antenna, and take advantage of all the built-in FireTV functions. The remote is great, and you can even connect to bluetooth headphones (though it's a little wonky to reconnect each time unless you have headphones dedicated to this TV as I do in my office). However I'm only giving 4 stars on this 3rd one I purchased, the 32" full HD version (F20). I wanted this 1080p version because I'm using it as a dual-purpose TV And PC monitor in a larger room, and unfortunately while it's absolutely a bargain, the weaknesses of this inexpensive TV are showing. It's a VERY bright TV, and no matter what I try, no matter how I adjust the display settings, it's just too contrasty as a PC monitor. It's just not crisp, and I have to overly desaturate the picture to get rid of the halos around any color on the screen. And the blacks are just not black. They're gray. And it gets worse when I try to "clean up" the picture to make text more readable. As for putting this TV in a larger room, the poor viewing angle becomes very apparent. As a TV, it's great when looking at it straight, but from the sides, everything looks overly bright and washed out. Still a value, but not the best for every situation.

Work right out of the box and great addition to my office. Installation was easy and weight of TV is so much lighter than the one I replaced it with. Picture is perfect and was a snap to link up to WiFi.

Great smaller tv. We purchased this for a guest room and it's perfect. The picture is great and we love that all the apps are preloaded. Our five year-old granddaughter can work it as well.

Overall this is a good TV. I am using it as a monitor for my computer and the multiple HDMI inputs allow me to easily switch between work and personal computers. I wish the remote made it easier to switch inputs (have to go home first then to input menu). Also the load screen is a bit slow. With my work computer the text is grainy, but that is due to admin lockouts on my work computer. I was able to adjust my personal computer to be crisper.

This Insignia Smart Fire TV is super. It replaces a 21" TV. Sits in the same spot but doesn't take up much more space than the other one. Picture is very good as well as the sound. The remote is easy to use.

Great value for the output of the unit. I was pleasantly surprised at the brilliant colors and ease of setup. It's ability to learn the watching channels you've been using. To-date I'm very happy with my purchase.

Online purchase was easy, fast delivery and packed well. The tv has a nice picture, also using it as a monitor and for a game console, highly recommend especially for the price

Get value for the money. Got it for the spare bedroom because it was a smart tv. Love the Amazon Alexa control features.

Just what I needed for a guest bedroom. The high definition picture is awesome and the streaming is excellent. Fire TV is definitely the way to go. Setup was simple, quick, and easy, however I do recommend a basic soundbar.

I have this TV in my bedroom. This has a good picture and a large app library to choose from. If you are looking for a second TV this is a good choice.

Very good television for the price! The picture is clear for doing office work and reading PDF documents with small font. I have not really used the smart features because it is mainly for office work

Picture quality is good if viewed straight on. If you're seated more to the left or right, the picture starts to look more of a washed out white screen. Sound is fairly loud for a small TV. Didn't need to get a sound bar. Apple TV app loads up but can't sign in to my account. Just get a spinning gear that never stops no matter how many times I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. That was disappointing. The TV always boots up to the Fire TV screen. Would rather it just turn on and automatically go to my Directv box on HDMI 1 connection. As I have encountered with all FireTV products, internal memory is very limited. After I installed all my streaming apps I use, barely 1GB left open. This can become a problem during FIre TV OS updates. Not a complete surprise to me since most TV and streaming media hardware manufacturers cheap out on internal memory. Best Buy should indicate on its specs page exactly how much internal memory the TV has. I probably would have bought a different one and bought the stick Fire TV separately. It at least comes with 8GB of memory. Overall, it's a good TV for a kitchen or bedroom as a secondary TV with occasional use. But if you can fit a 40" or bigger TV in the room, just buy a 4K TV instead. It won't cost much more and you'll probably be happier.
