Dumbest Smart TV EVER

The Wi-Fi signal was strong, we reset it to original factory settings, disconnected the plug, NOTHING but the words "downloading" or "queued" for hours on end. Finally the representative told me that I neede6to return it to the store. Lesson learned, store brands are a no go.

Need remote for tv

My box arrived tape was tampered with. I need a remote. No one is helping. Maybe I should call the store. This is rediculous I would recommend but hope you get a remote

Bad tv

I took the first one in for service because it was freezing up etc. And they replaced the tv. The replacement one would not accept local channels thru an antenna soI took it in for service. They could not repair it so I got a credit for it. Bought a Sony instead

I finally finished setting it all up, waiting for all the downloads. Familiarizing myself with everything. However, I've noticed when switching between inputs, (satellite TV, over the air antenna, and Internet connection), it will occasionally freeze, dark screen, so i have to unplug it. It's totally unresponsive. No buttons will work, nothing. The only remedy is unplugging it and plugging it back in. I just hooked the thing up and it's already faulty it seems. How long would it last six months?

Returned for another and that one stopped turning on 4 weeks into owning it. Going to return for another brand. The quality of everything was great when it was working.

Ok but dont like it

Then there is no way to fully exit out of apps. Like you go to the home screen and music from pandora will still be playing. It glitches alot. I would not recommend this tv.

Not good for streaming only

Perhaps would be better if attached to a cable box, but the color blooms and the picture is generally of only so-so quality. I'm returning this one....

Turned itself off too many times.

In the 13 days we owned it (before returning it), it turned itself off 5-6 times while we were watching. We will probably not purchase an Insignia-brand product again based on this experience. I'd rather pay more for a reliable product.

Just not a great

bad investment

Waste of money

The TV lags constantly, skips, takes forever to load programs. The remote will not respond half of the time. I bought this TV 3 months ago and I wish it could be returned for something better.

I wanted to select the right network however my provider kept blocking me. The pop up would come on regardless if i turned it off. I called insinia customer service in which they were no help in tryinf to figure out my problem. I explained best i can but ni solution. Ultimately I returned it

Will Not Attach to Universal Mount

I wish it had said that loud and clear in item description. I would not have purchased the TV. Returning. Wasted a lot of time for no TV. As to whether the TV worked well, I will never know...

Owned for 4 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.that Woodbridge store is completely need to be reviewed , I got their warranty for that tv and I paid for it for next 5 years , and it been explained to me that is covering it if tv get crash , but when it happined and I want to replace the tv or repair it , they simply dined that , and the managers over that place need really some training to how to approach the customers professionally as supposed to be , I never will go to that store , they will give you any info to convince you to get their warranty but is worthless , dont west your time and money in that specific store , thank you
