    Slow connecting remote and tv responses

    Ok quality for the kids room to watch. There is a lag in remote to tv communication and this is the second one we’ve bought with that issue. After the remote does select what you need the processing can take several seconds also. It’s a bit frustrating. For $100-+ it’s an ok tv.

    Smart tv worked fine for about 9 mos then the remote just froze making it useless. Went back to Best Buy bought an identical Insignia remote got home and again nothing doesn’t work won’t turn on tv. Very disappointed with this smart tv.

    After about a month, the TV started to have sound issues. Sometimes, I have to restart the TV several times before the sound "kicks in".

    Amazon tries to shove their product down your throat and buries everything else many layers deep. This TV will always start up on Amazon, even though you closed on a different channel. I hate it. I was unable to adjust the picture quality xcept for backlighting. Brightness, contrast etc. were greyed out, could not be adjusted. UNACCEPTABLE. I hate it. And when you shut down the computer, this thing does not go on standby. It starts a darn screensaver from pictures on your computer! UNACCEPTABLE. Also, this TV somehow uploads tons of data to the router - SPYWARE. I HATE IT! I'm sending this back.

    We hate it! It doesn't have a smooth experience. It turns off by itself. Sometimes the audio doesn't work, other times the video doesn't work. I gave 2 stars because it's possibly the users, this is our first experience with this brand. We find Roku TV's much easier to use.

    Poor angle viewing but very bright. I retuned mine to stay with TCL roku tv instead. Colors seemed off to me even with adjustments. To each his own i guess.

    Gone are the days of plugging in a TV and it would work without direction. I need to be a 30 yr old to operate it.

    Worst tv I have ever owned. The firestick has more capability than this tv has, and it has it built in it. Every app does not work on this TV. We have reset it several times and comes up with the same problems.

    I have to give to someone young that knows about these TV's. These not ment for Seniors. When a Senior asks for information, they should be told how difficult it can be to understand how to work

    I do not like this tv. It takes forever to load sometimes. Then there is no way to fully exit out of apps. Like you go to the home screen and music from pandora will still be playing. It glitches alot. I would not recommend this tv.

    First one we bought had a big white spot in the middle. Returned for another and that one stopped turning on 4 weeks into owning it. Going to return for another brand. The quality of everything was great when it was working.

    I bought this TV only a few days ago, and I've had to call customer support three times already It's not good for streaming only as I've had multiple errors, and have had it to reset it to factory settings. Perhaps would be better if attached to a cable box, but the color blooms and the picture is generally of only so-so quality. I'm returning this one....

    I tried the chat. No luck. I have messaged Best Buy. My box arrived tape was tampered with. I need a remote. No one is helping. Maybe I should call the store. This is rediculous I would recommend but hope you get a remote

    [Employee of bestbuy] Absolutely garbage. The TV lags constantly, skips, takes forever to load programs. The remote will not respond half of the time. I bought this TV 3 months ago and I wish it could be returned for something better.
