Don’t do it tv & B Buy Customer Service SUCKS!

It blows up in static constantly and scared the crap out of my two year-old to the point where he does not even wanna go inside of his bedroom anymore! Best Buy’s customer service is nonexistent. They used to actually have customer service yeah they don’t. If you are looking to buy an electronic device look elsewhere and it’s worth it to pay a little more believe me skip Best Buy. Tough lesson learned this will be the last time I ever do business with them. You call their customer service number, but there’s really no reason because nothing gets resolved and they are incredibly rude. You can’t speak with a manager. They cannot transfer you to a store. You can’t reach the stores directly anymore. And although they said they could not transfer me to the store it wasn’t possible I did get an agent who did transfer me, but my message was too long and I got cut off. When I called back they told me it wasn’t possible yet again. So we wasted $100 on this television because we’re outside of our return window by 30 more days because they only allow 30 days and let’s be honest life is busy. Never again Best Buy. I am done with you due to $100. You’ve now lost my business over a lifetime.
