It is marginal as it relates to Antenna channels. Channel selection requires duplicating, 2nd & 3rd attempts. Brand specific networks (Prime) are not included in the purchase. Too bright at night. Tried to reduce brightness, still trying.

Not sure if Best Buy got a bad batch or what, but I bought this tv for my 90 yr old dad. Want to get him a smart tv. Have had no problems with insignia in the past, but this one, randomly freezes, the screen gets staticy then makes a loud buzzing noise and turns off., several times a day. Was told it was a defective tv, so I returned it and got another, I also bought myself one, didn’t think they could all be defective. But they were. 3 of the same tv, all doing the same thing. I returned the one I bought for myself and got a Pioneer. No problems at all. I bought the protection plan on the 2nd one for my dad, but not sure what to do there, as the return date is over, since it’s only 15 to 30 days for tvs. This tv is not worth fixing, Hoping they will let me return for another brand all together .

I was not happy about that.
