Unfortunately this TV has lots of issues that we never experienced with any Insignia TVs we have previously owned. The picture on the screen will freeze, show blocky image or stripes, sometimes screeches, show blank screens, randomly reboots. This happens watching live TV and streaming. We have not used any other inputs yet. I have tried updating but it did not fix the problem. I would avoid this model at the very least. Such a shame, we have always had good luck with Insignia TVs but seems thw quality is getting really bad.

Tried evey troubleshooting option i could find. There was no way to bypass the "find remote" screen. Calling best buy was laughable. I requested a replacement only to see that the replacement was cxld within minutes, ecen though I could have ordered another myself but decided that it wasnt worth the current frustration I was experiencing with their "excellent" open box item. It was obvious that best buy didnt even test the item to ensure the remote in the bix would go past the remote synch screen. Because had they actually bothered to synch the remote I would not have come across this issue. Their help line transferred me 5 times to get a CSR who didnt even bother to tell me that I needed to drop the item off at a FedEx location. Just told me to print the label.

Very dark picture and even after playing with settings to adjust brightness still not a good picture.
