Sound constantly stops working, remote doesn’t work half the time and tv will occasionally “SCREAM “ at me and scare the crap out of me. Definitely disappointed. You get what you pay for I guess….

My youngest has bad anxiety and watches the blue dog on Disney at night. Our third night of having them the tv for the younger child locked on a bright yellow screen and made an awful audio noise at the highest level. I went running and he was shaking, frozen in fear. I unplugged it and talked him through it. I reset the tv and two nights later it did the exact same thing. At 11pm it would make the worst sound imaginable. Now he won’t let himself around a tv at night without one of us next to him the entire time. Apparently customer support said this is a known issue. If it’s known, why are you letting people buy it??? It’s not just inconvenience, it can also be traumatizing for a kid. Don’t buy this thing. I’ll take this possessed electronic back at some point but for now it is sitting in a closet in my bedroom.

While the picture wasn’t as brilliant as I had hoped and the sound wasn’t as strong as expected, I was willing to overlook that. However, after a day or two, I noticed that the sound became distorted after the TV had been on for about an hour, and soon after the picture started to look fuzzy as well. Restarting the TV (shutting down, unplugging, and plugging back in) would temporarily fix the issue, but the same problem kept repeating.
