Customer service answer - bring it in for service - #1 it's too heavy to carry into store. #2 it's only a couple weeks old. Should not be having issues as it is brand new!! Very disappointed.!

I have to turn it off and then on to get it to work again. it happens at least a few times a week but for the price I can’t really complain

You have to go to thw Silk browser and then go to thewatch site and it's NOT user friendly. I hate it now, if I want to watch Spectrum I have to watch in the bedroom.
