    Poor product and customer service

The 1st TCL TV did not work, so we exchanged it, and now the new one does not work either. It is clear this brand is not good. Best Buy's customer service is awful! You have to pay $50 for a membership in order to have a 60-day exchange or return policy. This time we want another brand, but I guess that will not happen. We don't shop at Best Buy enough to warrant this cost. Also, it takes an act of Congress to speak to someone.

Hi there, thank you for sharing your experience with the Insignia 32" F20 Series Fire TV, and we’re sorry to hear how frustrating it has been dealing with repeated issues and the challenges you faced during the return process. Having two TVs fail in such a short time is incredibly disappointing, and feeling unsupported by customer service only adds to that frustration. Be careful with the open box items

Purchased an open box item with zero comments. I presumed that meant it was not missing anything but was sadly wrong. only the tv and plug which is attached were included. No stand, no hardware for the stand, no remote, no manual. Literally just the tv itself. I returned and purchased a different item.

Worked fine until it didn't. The picture froze and had frizzy lines throughout and a loud buzzing screeched from the speakers. I could not shut it off with the remote and had to unplug it to get it to stop. I had to return it (fortunately within the 30 day return period. Best Buy was very good about accepting the return and credited my charge card for the cost. Bad news -- the original cost was a special sale of $69.99, but the now replacement cost was $121.99.

Even though this TV is 1080P, the images are very grainy. Still, for $88.00 is a great deal, just don't expect a Great picture at this price. Great for a kids' room or garage.

Bought two, one is great. Good pic and ease of use. Right out of the box The other one, about 15 minutes after turning it on it goes static and restarts. Called Best Buy. They did nothing said it was a manufacturing issue. Insignia did nothing. Glad I got it on sale

    Worst TV ever

This TV is absolutely terrible, you get what you pay for! The TV makes a screeching noise and the screen turns to complete static, it sounds like the poltergeist is coming through this TV. The worst part is Best Buy has a 15 day return policy and refused to provide a refund outside of that window and the manufacturer said it was Best Buy’s responsibility. Bottom line stay away from this TV or buy from a more reputable place than Beat Buy.

I have never disliked a TV. Until now. The first one I bought was defective it would not connect to tv. I thought I’d give it another try and they replaced it. And this TV. Does not have my tv apps (such as Spectrum, etc). And you have to have an Amazon account to use the TV. I threw the box away or I would’ve returned it. Graphics are cool for the game though.

Well im not sure if its firetv in general or if it is this brand but almost everytime i turn it on, after watching it for a little bit all of a sudden it got “frozen”. The screen just stuck with the staticky stripes and some staticky noise. At this point you cant do anything but unplug and plug it back in. One time, i turn it on with no sound at all.

Seemed to be a good tv for the price. We bought it for a guest room. It doesn’t get used all the often. Only had for 5 months and it now makes a very loud screeching noise and screen goes black. We also have a 55 inch insignia tv and it only worked for a couple of years. I would pass on buying this brand.

Stay away from this TV. If I could give it a zero I would. Constantly freezes, sometimes giving out a loud static sound. I made the mistake of not returning it on time so I'm stuck. It is pretty bad when the Prime video app is hard to load on a fire TV. Spend your money on a roku tv.

Not a review on TV as never got it… 4 diff order, 4 different screw ups. No help from off shore customer service who either lies or have no clue what they are talking about, constant over talks the customer and is not trying to offer solutions. If there was ever a doubt why some brands are going away it is the service.

I purchased two 32 inch Insignia Smart TV’s. Both were a terrible experience. 1 TV would not recognize the remote control at all so set up not achievable secondly the other TV in another room did and would come on and off based on actions in the other room. 2. Second TV won’t down load apps (prime video, Netflix etc) despite strong WiFi connection. Bad experience with this size model
