    TV was in great condition physically. However when it’s on the screen just goes out and makes a weird static noise out of no where. The only way to stop it is to either turn it off then back on or unplug it.

    The remote doesn't connect to the TV and the TV powers off while in the middle of watching it. Even reach out for support only answer they had was to send back in for refund.

    Bad, bad, not good

    Looks great and works but It gets fuzzy and the volume shoots up like back in the day when the TVs had “static”. And it scares the crap out of my 7 year old. Only way to fix it is to unplug the tv and turn it back on. This happens at least every other day

    The sound malfunctioned on it the first few days and returned it for a different TCL brand 40" for about the same price.

    Loud Annoying Reset Every Morning

    This is for my office. Every morning, after I turn on the TV, it freezes, shows squiggly lines across the screen, and emits a VERY loud screeching sound. After about one minute, it resets itself. Then it works fine for the rest of the day.

    Terrible TV

    TV was damaged when opened. It was for a playroom so I used it as was. Sound worked, then one day just stopped. I did the recommended troubleshooting and even did a factory reset, but the sound still won't come on. I highly recommend NOT buying this tv.

    TV missing leg screw. Leg fell off. TV broke.

    Very unhappy with this purchase. It was missing 4 leg screws that secured the legs on the Tv. One leg fell off and it fell on the floor and smashed. Geek squad could not repair it. I bought the same TV yesterday and it had 4 screws to secure the legs. I called customer service (Keyona)? And was told I have to come into the store again and talk to the manager to be reimbursed

    it advertised as SET UP all the guys did was put the feet on the set DID NOT HOOK IT UP WITH SPECTRUM when I said if you will not SET IT UP TAKE IT BACK they left and I mean took off ! this is what Best Buy said was set up. DIDN'T KNOW THE TO HOOK IT UP TO SPECTRUM THAT IS WHY I ASKED FOR DELIEVER

    Not good quality, it's a cheap television for the price but the picture is low grade, if i had known i would have paid a little more for a better brand.

    Had multiple issues in the first week. Kept having to reset it. The last staw was the sound not working (and no, it wasn't muted). Returned.

    This is the second replacement I got for this same brand same size randomly makes an extremely loud shhhhhhh noise like the black and white screen.

    This TV was purchased for use at a lake cabin with no internet service whatsoever. We are still attempting to complete set up without internet.

    This is a very poor product and Best Buy (Insignia) does NOT stand behind their warranty. I will NEVER purchase from BEST BUY again. I purchased the TV on a Wednesday and it cracked over the weekend. Attempted to return the purchase and the manager or online customer would not accept the product. Lesson learned

    Best Buy used Roadie to deliver this item. They pulled up to my house got it out and then put it back in the truck and drove away. States it couldn’t be delivered and a refund would be issued. It’s been over three weeks and I still haven’t received my refund.

    It was a good TV for a bit,then when I use it on HDMI,the picture and sound distorts,and I can't power it off or anything else,then reboots on it's own. It's getting returned.
