This dehumidifier has surprised me. It is reasonably quiet, the electronic controls work well and it takes a good amount of moisture out of the basement.

So far so good, the dehumidifier is quiet and is working very well in my basement so well in fact that i am emptying it out every day.

This is a great dehumidifier so far. I live in a basement style apartment, and I get a lot of moisture. The dehumidifier makes the quality of air feel so much better. I like that I can set it to Comfort. My apartment isn’t very large, but the dehumidifier grabs a lot of water. I like the water level mark on the bucket. I usually empty the bucket before it gets full, but when it does get full, it’s not over full, so I’m still able to carry it and empty it. The bucket is a little difficult to snap back in place sometimes, but I assume that gets easier with use. I also like the filter and exposed back when you remove the filter. My previous dehumidifier developed mold on the coils, but they were behind grates I could not remove to clean it off. I will not have that problem with this one. I also like that it is Energy Star and has a three prong plug. Overall, I’m happy with my purchase!

5 years ago I would never consider buying Best Buy’s in house brand... no less a small appliance. But they have really improved and I have to say this worked really well. It was quiet. I barely knew that it was on. Only complaint is The bucket was annoying to get back in. You have to push it in simultaneously on both sides Otherwise it wouldn’t lock it. Too a cpl of time to get it back in. Personally it’s kind of bulky and took up more space than I wanted. If they had a 20pint I think it would’ve worked better for me. Overall it was worth the sale price Of $120.

Love it. Works great low noise. Bonus...it throws off a little heat in the winter.

Had to purchase this summer for the basement in our new house. Didnt realize how bad it was until I put this to work. Has been running great so far.

I am very satisfied with this purchase it gets the job done. It runs quiet removes moisture far better than Honeywell I purchased for twice the price!

Pros...Nice unit for the price and pretty quiet. Cons....When at desired humidity level unit doesn't shut down completely. Fan runs putting out cold air

Purchased this to help lower the humidity in my Florida home. After a few weeks I have no complaints and this dehumidifier runs flawlessly! I've set it at the lowest function and it gets the room right down. All functions operate perfectly, including the auto shut-off when it reaches your desired humidity level. Would recommend.

I purchased this on sale thru the daily Deal of the Day promos and had rewards built up to boot so I got this for under $100.00. That being said, it replaced a 12 year old machine that barely worked so I hope to get many years from this one as well. It is removing a constant drip drip drip, into my sump, which is much more than I was getting before. Hope this helps.

These are workhorses and very effective. I have 2 in a partial basement in a southern state with high humidity. I believe this has helped substantially. Not too loud but not silent. Similar to having a box fan running in the room at night with you.

Works well, stops when full as expected. I just wish the next size up was available when I purchased it. In my humid area it fills up just about every day. But that just shows it’s doing its job!

Really like everything about this unit! Nice and easy to open the water catcher and use its handle to maneuver the bin to empty the water. The unit looks nice. It's doing a great job in my large basement. One tip: don't be afraid of pulling/pushing hard to get the water bin out or close it - the plastic is strong and it works well.

Bought this for our office which had terrible humidity. This is a workhorse! Has improved our workspace so much. Easy to empty. Does the job.
