Had no problem setting it up works great. Started taking the humidity out of the room immediately after turning on. It’s a little bigger than I thought it would be for my small space, but so glad that I purchased it. would recommend to anyone looking for a dehumidifier.

Easy to set up and operate. Has been working fine and is relatively quiet. My previous dehumidifier only lasted four years so hoping this one has a much longer life.

The insignia dehumidifier is quieter than my previous dehumidifier. I set the comfort control to turn off at the humidity level of 55. Sometimes it runs longer.

Purchased this to help get moisture out of our basement after it flooded. We had it running continuously for over a month and it worked great. Can attach a garden hose to so that you don't have to empty the reservoir.

With living in the DFW, humidity is high in the summer. I bought this to help with the humidity level in my house. I have it on mostly all day and night and I was getting a lot of water at first. It took about a week to get the humidity level in my house under control. I’ve had for a while now and it easy to clean and dump the water. I like how it shows you the humidity level in your home.

Does exactly what I need at a fraction of the cost of other units. I keep it in comfort mode for ease of use. It beeps when it’s full. Emptying and cleaning is a breeze. Keep in mind the unit can be loud if you’re looking for something quiet.

It works great, i use it in my basement and it gets rid of the humidity perfectly. I can set it to whatever level of comfortability that I like which helps with keeping my basement dry. The buttons on the top are clear as to what they mean and have all necessary functions.

We live in Florida and needed a second dehumidifier for the other end of our home. The summers are very humid and even though our air conditioner does a good job of taking out the humidity, this appliance helps even more with the humidity. I have it located near the second bathroom so when showers are taken, this appliance helps remove all that extra humidity that was created so as we don't get mold. This Insignia works great for our needs
