It’s very quiet and it’s functions are extremely user friendly. Highly recommend

The dehumidifier drains into a reservoir (14-pint capacity) or continuously through the hose connection. The dehumidifier runs quietly and generates enough air-flow to treat a large living space. The humidity gauge registers 2 to 6 percentage points below the gauge on my house thermostat (registering 49 % verses 54 % on the thermostat, for example).

The team in-store was very helpful with both recycling my defunct dehumidifier and finding this dehumidifier, which needed to be retrieved from a high shelf. All at the store were very helpful and ready to assist.

Very nice product. Predictable, solid and reliable controls. Easy to empty water tank. It is a little quieter than its larger 50-quart brother (I have both). Insignia makes yet another winner of a product.

Still running string after purchase in Aug 2020. Relatively quiet and more of a white noise machine hum to it. Only issue I've had is keeping stains away from in the bucket. Would buy again though, it does help keep my heat pump in check and a nest learning thermostat keeps my energy use well below average.

Noticed a significant difference within an hour. I had readings of humidity levels at 64%. Now have readings at 31%. Hard to say the longevity of this product being that I've had it for about a month. But home life is quite comfortable now.

This dehumidifier works like a charm and it is efficient and operates quietly.

I was really wary of this product but so happy I purchased it. My son lives in a musty basement apartment, Now we can take musty out as an adjective. It fills up often but has been very easy for him to use. You would never know it is a basement apartment. It did the trick so well, I purchase one for my home.

Great unit for the money. Relatively quiet, effective, not overly heavy, doesn't leak.

First time using a dehumidifier. I am emptying buckets of water from my basement. There is a place to hook up a hose for continuous water drain, but I cannot use it in my finished basement. There is no way to set-up a constant humidity in this u it, so I just empty out the bucket every 12-14 hours. It does stop when the bucket is full.

Good for a place where noise is not a problem. So far, working well.

Works well. Fairly quiet. I like the hose attachment. Very easy to use.

I purchased the unit for my 2 car garage. The garage is often in high 70% RH range. I was concerned this unit wouldn’t be enough given the poor insulation around the door, however it has exceeded my expectations. It quickly returns the garage to under 50% after opening the door on a rainy day. The musty smell is gone. I believe the manual could be better written, but it’s fairly easy to figure things out.
