I really love my new Dehumidifier. It works great and is super quiet.

It works great and it has helped with the humidity on the house!!

We bought the larger model for our home garage...and it is a work horse. We loved it so much, we got this for our master bath. It is the coldest room in the house and nothing we do seems to change that, so we end up with extra moisture in there. We run this in there and the moisture issues are no more. They are quiet and perform just as you’d expect. Very happy with this brand and performance!

I have used a dehumidifier in my basement for many years just to keep it dry and comfortable. The old GE one broke and I didn’t want to spend the money on a GE replacement 50pint. This Insignia brand was a 35pint vs 50pint but for the price I figured I couldn’t go wrong. It works as advertised and a it’s a reliable brand. Best Buy is still my go to store for appliances and electronics versus Amazon.

I bought this dehumidifier for a musty smelling finished basement. I actually put it in the unfinished section of the basement. Together, it’s about 1200 s.f. I hooked it up to the direct output line with a six foot hose to the washing machine drain. That worked perfectly. I set for 50% humidity level. At first, it needed to run pretty constantly. But once it got the humidity down to the desired level, it was running at a much less frequent rate. It’s not silent by any means, but it doesn’t seem to be any louder than a typical refrigerator. It’s been in action for a couple of months now with no issues.

This machine is a life saver. Works beautifully. I live in a ground level apartment that stays a constant 70% humidity and this thing brings in down to 45-50% within a few hours. I have to empty it about once a day and it's very satisfying. It does output a lot of heat but if your apartment is well ventilated this shouldn't be a problem for you.

First day, left it run in Turbo for 6 hours, almost filled the unit. I was extremely happy with how it performed. It's a little noisy, no more than a small fan and I generally sleep with the fan on so it doesn't bother me in the least.

What a great little dehumidifier. It totally helped my basement comfort level. Before I had it, there was a musty smell in my basement because of the excess water in the air. Now my basement smells good and has no mustiness at all. It's easy to operate and empty out once it's full. It's a great value for what you pay. I would suggest it to anyone looking for a dehumidifier.
