    We were extremely disappointed. I bought this as a raffle prize for my Christmas raffle. The winner of this TV said the product did not come with a stand and a remote control. he had to order the stand and the remote control separately.

    Piece of crap. I have tried all the tricks I’ve found online to fix the issues. It seems to be an issue with the tv. It won’t pair with the remote or recognize/find any WiFi networks.

    I bought this a tv for a kids room. And all I can say is wow, what a piece of junk. Most smart tvs are nothing fancy and are at the very least, useable and fulfill their purpose. The TV was completely unusable. The fire tv interface was so frustratingly slow and unresponsive at times. And if you try to create a kids profile, it will become even more unusable. I would say to others considering this to spend a little more in a name brand to avoid the headache of having to deal with this one.

    Tv is ok. Screen quality is meh, since 720p. Ended up returning.

    This tv is really slow. It takes forever after clicking on an app and sometimes it will just turn off completely.

    Bought brand new today and right out the box doesn’t work. Remote doesn’t work to tv and red light on the front of tv is going on and out. Stuck on language menu, I will never buy this brand again.

    Oh where to start. The tv right out of the box had problems. First it took 45mins for system update. Then it kept turning on and off. Once it started back on it did another system update. Then it gets stuck on the Amazon screen. It’s boxed up and heading back to bestbuy for refund.

    Omgggg….. No wonder it was on sale. I do not recommend this tv to my worst enemy. This tv has so many problems it’s ridiculous. You can’t hit pause and it remain on pause, it’ll automatically shut off so you have to go from the very beginning of apps to get back to what you were watching. It makes us sooooo mad.

    Garbage product. Purchase this TV to put in a travel trailer that we fixed up. I didn't turn it on until several days into our trip. I spent an hour even trying to figure out how to auto tune the antenna. Zero channels found. Next camp site, I hooked up a coax for wired cable. Zero channels. Played with every possible setting. Zero channels. A week later at home. I plugged a basic rabbit ear antenna to it. Zero channels. I bought this tv 3 weeks ago. I had it on for approximately 2 hours - all on the setup screen. I'm passed the return period (really?) Not a happy camper. I've bought literally 30 or 40 tvs from Best Buy in the past 5 years including dozens of Isignias, and this was the the worst.

    The box had nothing needed in it. No screws for the feet on the TV, the remote doesn't work with this tv, so I have to buy another one and replace this, its just ridiculous.

    The iPhone screen casting is extremely unreliable and usually doesn't work, maybe because it says the decoder hardware (whatever that is) doesn't work or has other problems. The error messages keep changing to make it extra confusing. I can't find a fix or workaround. I've downloaded multiple screen casting apps to get around this and they all send me in circles without ever working. I've bought Google Chromecast and google customer support says they don't support iPhone, but it took them an entire hour to tell me something that they should seem to know. I've spend hours over a couple months looking for solutions and nothing works Just awful all around.

    Bought this TV as an "excellent" open box and it was NO BUENO! Couldn't get the remote to sync and wasted so much time trying to figure it out. Buy SAMSUNG!!!!

    After less than a year the tv “can’t connect to our servers” though there is nothing wrong with the internet. It repeatedly sends you to the Amazon log in screen then displays a “please sign in with the active account” even though my account is active. I’m officially done with all things Amazon. For a tech company they’re pretty F-ing terrible at tech.
