Maybe I'm use to Roku but this not easy. Also super slow loading , none of my Rokus TV's have that problem so it not my connection. Sad I bought it.

The channels are all jumbled up - from what I've been told they're listed by channel name and not by number.
Without internet you can't set the date or time.
Without internet there is no viewing of what is playing per station.
Each time you turn the television on you have to start from the beginning.
The remote is toy size.
The remote has no channel numbers.
What functions are available on the remote you have to figure out what works what.
Bad enough without a remote you can't change the channels on the newer model TVs but now this. Hate the TV but technically there is nothing wrong with it so I'm stuck with it.

STAY AWAY....Absolute junk! Like other customers I am having issues getting the TV to connect to my internet as well. I wish I would have read all of the one star reviews before I purchased this TV...where there is smoke there is fire. Same as many other people these days I do not have dish or cable service so this TV is just hanging on my wall completely useless. Guess I will have to bit the bullet and get something else. It shouldn't be OK for a company to continue to sell a defective device.....Best Buy/Insignia - WHEN are you going to do something about this??! Or will you just continue to rip people off??

Cheap, thin wobbly legs. The screws never quit turning, so the legs are not tight. I hope they have replacements parts, because these will likely break off at some point.

I bought this television for my mother in June 2022. For the last few months, it shuts off on its own. We have plugged it in, directly to the wall outlet and a power surge cord. All of her other electronics, plugged into the same outlets, work just fine. It hadn't been a full year. She should not be having this issue.

Garbage. I bought this as a cheap tv to put in my workout room. It worked great for about a month, and then nothing but continuous problems. Tv restarts in the middle of a program and will not stay connected to the internet. I even bought a new $1100 mesh WiFi system to try and see if that helped. It did not. Of course now the tv is non returnable, so it’s easier just to purchase a different brand than to go through the excruciating process of trying to deal with the manufacturer. Extremely disappointed.

The same day delivery was amazing. I was able to surprise my daughter for her birthday. unfortunately this tv is super horrible. I would not recommend it to anyone. I have a few different fire tv in my home. This was my first of this actual brand. This tv randomly cuts off. I have to leave it unplugged for hours to power back on. I already paid to have mounted on the wall. It would be another $200 to have someone come take it off the wall. Take it to best buy to troubleshoot. Than to put it back up on the wall. So this dang birthday gift was just expensive useless decoration.

I thought the price was very good. However when I plugged the tv up it has colored lines running throughout the screen. Now I have to return the tv and hope they have another one for the same price or less.

Ive had this tv for over a year and my frustration became some great in this moment that i had to find the product page and write a review. There are constant crashes literally once per use. Extremely slow and buggy software, bright isnt that bright but somehow dark is too bright (backlight setting) and dont reset the tv i a dark room when you had said backlight on the lowest setting, youll go blind.

My television stopped working after 2 years! I feel as though I threw away $200. Beware that Insignia only offers a 1 year warranty. I called their tech support to troublesheet and they said it's the hardwire; nothing can be done. They have a no exceptions policy to extend the warranty. Buy another brand!
