I thought that had to be a problem with 1 lot and I should be safe. Turns out I was wrong. I would have returned it if it wasn't such a hassel. I am dealing with the rattling noise it is making by moving it to another room. I don't know what they are doing in the warehouse or why Best buy is not checking on quality control, but I will not buy anything like this from them again.

Posted .Unfortunately we have found that there are issues with the shipping packaging. This is in the process of being corrected. In the meantime we are covering the damage from shipping under both the 15 day Return/Exchange guarantee thru Best Buy, as well as the 1 Year manufacturer warranty handled through the Geek Squad desk at your local Best Buy store. – Jon, Insignia Support

I really liked the compact design and the clean look. However, it quit working about two hours after being plugged in. Returned to store for a replacement.

If you have time, wait for a sale and save $110. Then they shipped it to my sons dorm for free. This is the "Best Buy"

There was a lot of trouble initially with the return but the people at the store were amazing. Eventually, ordered and received a different unit which is working fine.

When we have backyard function we have to keep going inside to get ice or salad or other items because the cooler is full. this way we have everything we need outside already. Plus when the party is over we can store the leftovers outside without having to make room in the house fridge. Works for us.
