Too warm for food

It is good for only beverages because it would not go below 40° even on max. I would not keep it on max because the back wall gets a coating of ice. Food is only safe below 40°. I'm so disappointed because I loved the fact it did not have a freezer, so it was very spacious. The front has a glass door that gives it a unique and stylish look. I did not get a defective unit, because many reviews had the same issue. If you own this, please buy a thermometer to make sure your food is safe.

It is the perfect size to store extra food and drinks in our basement. We chose this one because it didn't a freezer (we already have a full sized freezer). I appreciate the fact that it has a lot of shelf space, a crisper drawer and plenty of room on the door for cans and bottles. It is perfect for our basement and would be good in a dorm room or anywhere else you might need additional refrigerator space.
