Had it for 45 days and all of the sudden it wont play any video. From abtenba or any of my streamibg services. It will get fixed. Not worried about that. If not, I have 2 weeks left to return. Just frustrating i have to deal with it.

FYI, bought this TV, my second one, last month. The sound is intermittent so I called the store. There is no warranty other than calling the manufacturer. The store only sends someone out for 42" + size televisions. I am too old to schlep this back to the store. Caveat Emptor.

The 43-inch TV hums in the dark like a false god, flickering faces that never blink, never die, Its glow stains the room with hollow light, pretending to be warmth while it siphons the last breath of meaning from my chest, each pixel is a shard of my own reflection, broken, looped, and sold back to me at 1080p, I stare, and it stares back, feeding on what’s left of my thoughts until the static feels like scripture , it’s not entertainment anymore, it’s a mirror of decay, a cruel altar where my soul is ripped from its fragile husk, screaming in surround sound while the screen just smiles and asks if I’m still watching

I returned the 1st one I bought because it kept freezing and I had to unplug everytime. The replacement had the same problem. I am returning it too. It was my first smart TV buy and for a 62 yr old, it was disappointing.
Goodthing BestBuy return policy is good. But so humbug to go back & forth to the store. I’m buying another brand. Hope it will work out better than this Insignia.

Bought 2 tvs both were in the back of store asked 2 employees if there were any carts, instead helping me they told me carts are in the front and then they continued to talk. Carried them half way to the front when another employee helped me out, took the tvs to the register and put them in my car. He was great!

Worked perfectly fine for the 1st 2 weeks. And then it started I guess “crashing” is what I have read other people say it goes green and black speckled. Makes an AWFUL noise and then restarts itself. Would never buy another one. And then of course it waits until you can’t return or exchange or anything to replace it. Highly recommend no one buys one of these tvs

Really want to like this TV, unfortunately, screen will go black while watching, the TV makes a loud buzz for roughly 20 seconds, then it’ll reset. Comes back on and works for a couple of hours until it needs to repeat the black screen, loud buzz, and reset. I’ve had TV for a little over 30 days. What’s also unfortunate, I have to schedule time to take TV in for in store repairs instead of just exchanging.

Now I know why it is called "WORST BUY"! Returned this TV because it continually needed to be restarted due to picture freezing! I returned to the Strongsville, OH store. When returning the sales rep said "This is what you get for buying a cheap TV" I told him why are you selling them! Great attitude, tells you something about Best or Worst Buy!

Got this tv on a sale, had it 1 month then it started acting up. The picture is cutting out and making very strange noises. Definitely shouldn’t be messing up like this since I’ve only had it a month.

TV is ok. Not the easiest to set up, I've found other brands (TCL ROKU) to be a quick setup straight out of the box. This takes some time and you need a Fire/Amazon account. Would not purchase a Fire TV again

I’ve had the TV for two months now and it was purchased for my daughter. I would never buy this brand again. I certainly wouldn’t buy this TV in a larger size to put in my living room. Alexa stopped working within the first week. It has frozen multiple times with the loudest noise like an emergency alarm is going off. It doesn’t support all apps. I can’t figure out how to keep the TV from shutting off after so many hours, but then I’ve also gone an entire night with the TV not shutting off. It’s a very low end TV and the worst one I’ve ever owned.

BestBuy screwed up multiple times on this order. Augustine took order from Schaumburg IL, told me that the install package ($129) included setup of new TV, removal of old TV and package for new TV. They did none of this, didn't even open the sound bar package, and now want another $130 or so to do what they promised. 2 different people in Home Servicers said they'd have store manager call me -neither happened.
I used to be happy with BestBuy, but this performance is a real flop.

The tv is just shutting off. Screen goes out load screaming out of the speakers. Cant turn it off with the remote. We had to unplug it to make it stop. It is all up to data on the downloads.
