I've has thia tv for 3 months. Sometimes the volume stops working. I have to plug tv out to restore sound. The tv screen goes black and green with a loud noise. It doesn't stop unless i unplug tv

This tv was awful. Had trouble with it straight out of the box. Had to restart it every time we used it. Returned within a week and would have returned the same day if we lived closer to the store. It was already having issues with freezing up and losing the picture. Had lots of trouble with apps on it. We mainly watch Fandango and that was terrible. Wouldn't work half the time. Wish I could give it negative stars.

I've had the tv for a few months and don't use it often. Every time I go to use it there's an issue. Often times there's no sound and the only way to restore it is by unplugging the tv. The worst issue I've had is the screen randomly goes static, freezes and blasts a loud sound. The only way to get it to stop is unplugging. This TV is often at a cheap price for a reason. Its not worth it.

This the our second tv from best buy, same tv, continues to glitch, go to a black screen, play a high pitch noise until tv is unplugged and rebooted. Will work for a little bit then it will happen again. We have had this tv less than 3 months and already it it messing up again! I don’t recommend this tv for anyone!!

This television is terrible. One minute you’ll be watching your show, the next minute the screen is snow with a high pitch sound and you’ve got to pull the plug to get it to stop. Sometimes the sound works, sometimes it doesn’t. So you just have to turn it on and off several times until the the volumes comes back on.
The price is not worth the headaches. Would not buy again.

The television while on tends to go to a static screen and starts to play this loud noise that doesnt allow the power button on the remote to turn it off, you have to manually unplug it and wait to plug it back. I am a extremely busy person and i hung this tv in my home office and it has been a bit of a headache.

This TV was delivered without a remote or TV stand or screws. Best Buy has not sent me a replacement, exchange or after many attempts to resolve this issue done anything that helps. It has now been over two weeks. I can not even turn the TV on without a remote

This was a Christmas gift for a family member. From the first day the TV has been problematic. The sound gets distorted out of nowhere.. and already the picture has become blank twice. I’m not sure if I got a faulty tv or if this is how they are. I’m going to return it.

The TV is not bad for the price I paid. I got the TV for my two-year-old to watch TV but Amazon fire TV is absolutely horrible. The TV takes forever to start up. We have lightning fast Internet. And I can’t get half the apps to load like Hulu or Netflix and when they finally loaded they lag.

TV is great when it works, but I've had too many instances where it freezes and restarts for no obvious reason. Regardless of what's plugged in (Game Console, Apple TV), it does the same thing. Other people are reporting similar issues with Insignia TVs. I would avoid the Insignia and Fire TV brand until this gets figured out.
