OMG getting it set up was a freaking nightmare, I didn't know that I was going to be FORCED TO SIGN UP FOR AN AMAZON ACCOUNT, it took a few hours because it didn't like my information input, I will never purchase insignia ever again fuuuk it was a terrible exhausting experience.

Had to return this due to excessive lag and skipping during streamed media. Went through all troubleshooting steps and checked all signal speeds, but it seems the hardware was simply incapable of keeping up.

I purchased this TV 2 months ago. After 1 month it started to crash on me and continues to get worse. Now it crashes every time I use it. Do not purchase this TV. I tried to return it after 1 month when it started to crash, but it was past the 2 week return period.

Having issues about a month after purchasing. Researching my problem indicates a T-Con Board glitch or failure. The TV will randomly blast loud sounds accompanied by green lines. Disappointed with how soon this has happened after buying it.

TV keeps going to a screen that is all colored pixels and makes a loud sound the shuts off automatically. I am unable to drive to return it for a replacement due to surgery. Not sure what else I can do. Very very unsatisfied. Will not recommend the Insignia brand to anyone.

Terrible customer service. TV got delivered by Fed ex. When turned it on had small crack you couldn't see until turned on. Go to take it back and they won't take it back. Worst place to ever get a tv

I saw so many reviews so I decided to get it, but it was a waste of money for sure! First the home button doesnt work, to get back to the main menu you have to keep clicking the back button. Now after 2 months the sound no longer works. Definitely don’t recommend this tv.

This product is not good at all the playing video game the tv audio for conversation is at 1% while everything else is at 80 even at max volume with a max you will not hear anything. Watching anything is the same thing conversation sound is not there but every other sound is as loud

Within the first week of owning this tv it crashes. The screen becomes all pixelated and a terrible static sound comes out of the speakers. When it happens I need to jump up and unplug it as the remote wont work when this happens. Nearly every one star review shares this issue. Never had a tv do this!

Randomly freezes, starting the second day out of the box. In order to fix it, you have to unplug it and then plug it back in before you can turn it back on.
