Even my elderly mother was able to utilize it with ease.

Great TV

The colors are good, the definition is great, and everything works as described. I don't have Alexa, yet the remote works perfectly. This is affordable and easy to use.

Not happy
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Went to store in Erie Pa. to buy this 38 inch tv and also turn in my 1600 reward points got to check out and the lady Tina told me that I had to get on phone to redeem the points to cash, she tried so hard to help me she asked some big brown haired woman who I guess was a supervisor and she was snotty , no help so I left without tv oh and she told me I had to buy a different brand to put the reward cash on...Came home went on computer and ordered the same tv with the reward cash and it came two day later not the same day delivery which I waited tell 9:00 that night before getting a notice that it wasn't coming within the next two days...I have worked in retail all my life never had a experience like this...
