Great TV for the most part

Only problem is the sound randomly does not work when I first turn it on - every time this happens I just unplug and plug it back in (I have tried troubleshooting why this happens and cannot figure it out)

Also the alexa feature is amazing!!

The picture is really clear. I didn’t have a problem setting it up getting the Internet on it my Netflix and Hulu.. I don’t use the TV. Every day is for my day Daycare for the children to watch programs and it works really well..

I work from home and the size makes it easier to have more thing on 1 screen that on multiple. It is also a cheaper way to go than buy an expensive computer monitor the size that I need.

So, it worked great for my parents, since they already have another fire TV.

This is my first Fire TV. The picture quality is very good. That said the sound is not so good but good enough for where it is located. I may add a small sound bar at some point.
