He seems to love the picture, great quality and sound easy set up great slim design. The only drawback that I see with product is when TV is turned off and turned on again you have to go back to the apps to get to your channel setting of the original channel somewhat of a headache for older users.

However, the sound quality is trash. You will probably need a sound bar to make this tv worth your while. It always sounds like the bottom of the tv is in a box? And I always have to turn the TV up to level 50 to get decent sound output. But for the price, it was worth the hassle.

The picture quality is clear and bright which is great because her eye sight isn't the best. Easy to use and the sound is so clear. Great purchase for an amazing price!

The picture is really clear. I didn’t have a problem setting it up getting the Internet on it my Netflix and Hulu.. I don’t use the TV. Every day is for my day Daycare for the children to watch programs and it works really well..

Only problem is the sound randomly does not work when I first turn it on - every time this happens I just unplug and plug it back in (I have tried troubleshooting why this happens and cannot figure it out)
