However, the biggest draw-back to this tv is its sound. Something is seriously messed up with the sound, because almost everything that we stream or play has some issue -- often the music in a movie plays WAY too loud, and the voice and speech is too quiet. We try everything to adjust the balance/treble/bass, but it doesn't help.

Wish it had Bluetooth, but adapter works well for external speakers. Not a smart TV, but using a Fire TV which works well. Overall if using Bluetooth adapter and fire tv, Apple TV, or Roku, this tv works well.

Drove up called the number and told them which parking spot I was in. The guy brought the tv to my suv and put it in the back and he checked my id and I drove home. Nothing could be easier.
