Poor Re-design
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Arrived today. Cheap plastic legs to hold up the TV. No matter how tightly they are screwed in, the TV wobbles if you touch it. Will lean a bit forward or backward if you put it in either of these positions. Been watching for a few hours and have been kicked out of NBC twice even though the channel is saved to my favorites. Had to go into the menu and reselect the channel and save again in order to watch. Takes up a lot of table space. This replaces a much better Insignia that died after 5.5 years. My old TV had a very sturdy pedestal base. I had it on a TV stand so I could swivel it and put my sound bar under it and other objects on the table. New TV only works by remote; my old TV had command buttons on the side. I wish now that I had put the money into repairing my old Insignia. PROS: Picture is clear. Easy set up. Simple remote. Ordering online was easy. Delivery was fast.

Great Value "Dumb" TV
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm one of those people who doesn't especially care for the IoT. Thankfully, Best Buy is here with their house brand Insignia TVs, which have everything you need and nothing you don't. Buttons and ports are all in logical places. The remote is simple, nothing weird or gimmicky. Colors are crisp, images are sharp, refresh is good (no problems for gaming). Speakers are a little anemic, but that's going to be the case with most TVs. It doesn't bother me, but if it would bother you, get a sound bar. -- you can get this TV and a decent sound bar for the price of a name-brand TV that wouldn't perform any better than this one. Have owned this for nearly two years, no problems. Very happy with the purchase.

Solid value
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Wanted a TV I could easily carry this 43 inch is the perfect size for that. It is a great value I purchased on sale Sure it’s not 4K or 120mhz but for $149 it is solid and works well for my purpose and produces an acceptable picture for sports viewing and I can easily carry it outside when I want to watch on the patio , football outside is the best

Great TV for a very reasonable price
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Insignia 43" LED TV was a perfect fit inside of a TV cabinet. The price was unbelievably low! It was easy to set-up. Pretty much pug and play. You only have to screw-in the 2 pedestals/stands. Everything after that is by following the set-up requirements that suits you.

Great TV for the $$
||Posted . Owned for 10 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this TV for my son’s room. He loves it. He primarily plays Xbox and watches YouTube through a firestick. It a nice, thin, light weight tv with a really good picture for the money.

At last, a dumb TV!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It is so refreshing to have a TV that is not "chained" to a media provider. (Roku, Fire TV, ect.). I can choose my own. I use Android TV and am very pleased. And I can change at any time. The TV is very good. Set up went very well except for installing the feet. But because I read several Best Buy's reviews, I was ready for a small challenge. If you want a "dumb" TV you had better get one soon - they're getting rare as hen's teeth.

Great
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought for my daughter for Christmas. It is a good size, clear picture, and very light weight. I just don’t like the stand it has on it. It doesn’t want to sit on her dresser properly.

Good tv for personal use
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Graphics and image are good overall. Controller is very easy to navigate as well as the settings for tv. As far as the weight of the tv itself, is very light, one person would be just fine to be noving it around. The collrs of the tv are very vibrant.

Great quality tv for the price!
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’ve always been into Sony products and their TVs are of the best quality. However, I need to save as much money as possible and at the same time get a decent quality tv for my bedroom. and this brand was a great choice. The quality of the picture is great, coupled with the HDMI cable and the standard Blu-ray player gives a great quality picture for the price. I’d like to get a Sony HD smart tv in the future for a large living room, but this fits in nicely for a bedroomand even though the picture quality is not as great as a Sony TV, consider its price and what you get for the money against what the Sony Ultra HD TVs go for, it’s a great value for the money. Strongly recommend it for those who wa t to get a decent HD picture that do not like to spend over $300 or more on electronics, like me.

Great tv - Insignia- Make the big ones again!
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Set up was an absolute snap - under 10 minutes including the legs. The screws are a little tricky and could use improvement. I would like to see Insignia go back and produce larger screen TVs again. The smart tv is too nosy and have a poor supply of apps, and I don’t want the companies censoring me, limiting app downloads, or checking my viewing habits or filming illegally by remote access. I get to choose this way. I use my TVs with a Roku which has the largest platform. It also features a headphone jack to use (ecologically prudent) vintage speakers. Old usable speakers end up on landfills. The picture is stunning. It is made in Vietnam, which I support.
