The first time, my screen went out & the store wouldn't exchange it under my warranty. They said the tv had impact marks & the inside of the screen was cracked. This was probably because the tv kept falling over because the screws that go inside the stands wont screw in completely. Aside from that, it has a really good picture and sound.

The screen is sharp ,crisp and clear. It replaced my old lcd tv and its a vast improvement. I connected it up fast using the hdmi and that was about it . It plays well and the built in speaker system plays loud . No need for a sound bar unless you want more bass! Buy it you'll like it! I do.

The TV operated correctly; clarity was not the best but OK for the money. Was surprised it did not have WiFi which was definitely needed for my setup. Although it was all my fault, Best Buy allowed me to return it and get correct tv.
