Highly flawed product

I have had it for 2 weeks or so, and sometimes the audio output doesn't work and needs to be reset several times to hear anything through the speakers. The rest of the time, it is delayed. I double-checked by using multiple devices (streaming via Flex, PS4 video gaming offline, and DVD player with traditional DVD) and after about 30-40 minutes, the speaker / tv speed is way off and you need to turn the TV off and restart for it to catch up. Very unimpressive after some use. The only impressive part is the size but certainly wouldn't recommend to a friend.
