Basic TV is a good purchase

However, the buttons on the remote control wouldn't light up. I must have gotten a faulty remote. There wasn't a warranty registration on the Insignia website. So I am not sure if I need to return the whole TV or if they will just send me a new remote. Customer service support is lacking on the website. I did email them.
