It's alright. I get that it's cheap but I guess my review is based on the TV regardless. The 1080p doesn't look crisp, but pixelated like a crappy 720p. My roku has started overheating and seems to get dangerously hot when plugged into the HDMI on this TV. I would return but I already mounted the TV and don't wall to deal with the process. Also, setting up a sound bar to this TV was a nightmare. There are many settings that need to be changed and it's very unintuitive.

This was purchased for my Mother, who is not computer savy and could not figure out how to use a smart television. This product is wonderful.

Great television for the money . Plenty of hookups and optical outlet is important. Another great deal of the day .

Seriously a good TV for the money! The quality of the screen with blacks could be a bit better, but overall I really like it, and works very well for a 2nd room/bedroom TV.

MY 43 inch Insignia TV is a winner and operates likea champ right out of the box. I bought a ROKU to interface with my Wi-Fi and that also works great. We are very happy with these purchases.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. This TV is terrible. The picture is blurry no matter what you do. It worked ok til the return window was over. How convenient. Now the volume goes out frequently, its not sure if it wants to turn on. This is the 2nd TV I've bought there and they both had problems. Customer service is garbage. Theyre all foreign, cant put a sentence together and cant help because they dont understand me. But for $200 someone will come to your house to look at it. $200? How ridiculous. No thanks. In-store is a bunch of kids who stand around doing nothing. I'll never buy another item from Best Buy again.

This is a great TV. It was disappointing that it was not ROKU enabled out of the box. So, the TV was great, but we really wanted the additional applications.

The TV itself was something that is meeting my living room space that was not a Smart TV. Not too big or not too small for my place. So far no problems.

Best Buy always has such great deals on TVs a d other devices. There prices seem to even beat competitors such as Walmart. Would way rather purchase electronics here.

This was a Christmas gift for my mom. So far, she loves it. This is my first time buying this brand and so far, I'm impressed as well.

Received great customer attention with added information from the salesman on ordering an advertised special which was currently out of stock. The tv is great for my exwercis room.

Had this TV for 8 months in a spare room. Turned it on maybe a dozen times before it stopped turning on. Had my receipt, but Best Buy refused to honor warranty. Supervisor admitted there was no sign whatsoever of any damage, but stated that when the TV will not turn on Best Buy declares it damaged and therefore they do not cover it. They then had the nerve to tell me to buy their extended warranty next time, and asked if I would like them to recycle the TV for an additional charge. I will never buy ANYTHING from Best Buy again. I had planned on purchasing some things there during Black Friday, but I will certainly buy elsewhere now.
