Nice bright screen with good sound quality
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So far I have had nothing go wrong. Very pleased with the crisp brilliantly colored picture. Sound is quite nice for what now is considered an entry level set. Set up is as easy as it could be. Much better than sets I have had in the past.

perfect for our needs
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is used in a good sized bedroom with low light. The screen is bright enough and the resolution is great. It was light when carried to the car, easy to setup and the menus were easy to read and understand. I would recommend this TV.

Perfect for spare room
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great guest room tv. The arts is oerfect for wall mount for my guest room. It is hot a smart tv but that is an easy fix with a roku or fire stick. My family moves visiting now that there is a tv larger than 32" in the guest room. Picture and sound quality is great. I definitely would recommend your purchase for a guest room or sun room.

Awesome TV at an awesome price!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great picture quality once you play with the settings a bit (everyone has different display preferences). Very light unit for this size. Sound quality has also been really good. No soundbar needed...at least, none needed for me!

Bought it for a friend
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This was the most affordable decent sized TV I could find. It has more frills than I needed since it is only used to view OTA TV. It's got a great picture and the tuner seems a tad more sensitive than the previous TV it replaced. By sensitive, I mean it can pick up and hold the signal better than the old one. I get the same channels, but they break up much less than the old TV did. I'm very glad I got this TV. I would buy Insignia brand again. I will list a con here, in case Insignia reads this.... Please make the delay longer before the on-screen menu disappears. Better yet, make it a toggle so it stays up until we turn it off! Thanks.

Not smart
||Posted . Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I currently have a Chromcast and Fire Stick hooked up to this TV for streaming. Decent picture quality, mostly used for sports or music videos. Speaker is fine but I also have an external speaker hooked up.

Great Buy
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was looking for a tv that I can afford I know that 50 inch will be to big but the 43 inch will fit just right. The color is okay I don't feel that I need a sound bar but if you like loud then get a sound bar. It's not a smart tv I had a Vizio D series 32 inch I gave it to my Mother because I never used the Apps because I had a Roku and a Firestick and that works great for me plus it is very hard to find a tv that's not a smart tv they had a sell $169.99 plus a 5 year warranty $39.99 total amount was $220.18 plus it didn't take long to receive it and less then 5 minute to put up, I only had it for 2 weeks so far it's okay. I love it I hope it last as long as my Dynex I had it almost 10 years. Will I buy another yes

Good TV
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Like the Insignia brand. This TV is an upgrade to larger screen (we moved the existing, still working one to our camper). Clear picture, easy to set up, good value for price.

Nice set!!!
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Nice TV!!!! We have only had this for a few months, but so far, we have been extremely happy with it. Picture quality is excellent and it serves the purpose for which we bought it. The interesting thing is .... Insignia was a brand unfamiliar to me, but we were searching for a nice set that was NOT SMART, and the choices available with that option seem to be dwindling. The only thing I would change on this set (so far) is the feet. I personally prefer the platform stands that seem to be more stable. That said, we have not had any trouble with anything on this set.

Nice tv at a nice price
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This tv was a replacement for one which failed and had to fit into a space of a certain size. I was amazed by how light it was which made it easy to carry and handle. It has a great picture with great color and was easy to set up.

||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My tv has a great picture. It looks good with its streamlined leg stands. The instructions for set up were clear and I had no problem physically setting it up by myself. All in all, I think it’s a great value.

Decent quality HD TV
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I needed to buy a TV for my bedroom and 43" was the largest size that would fit in my armoire. I have a 65" 4k Samsung Q60 in the living room so I was prepared to be disappointed but I have been pleasantly surprised. The picture is quite good and the sound is more than adequate. The colors are bright and accurate and the picture is fairly sharp. As you might expect in an inexpensive TV, it doesn't show dark scenes as well as outdoor or brightly lit interior scenes. I have only had the TV for a couple of weeks so I can't judge it's durability. I was a little skeptical about the quality of a TV I bought for $150 so I also purchased the 5 year Best Buy maintenance agreement. I recommend this TV if you don't need 4K or a Smart TV.

Very Nice TV.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very nice TV. I didn't want a "Smart" TV as I already have a Roku device and don't need the aggravation associated with some smart TV's. The picture on this TV is excellent and the sound is pretty good for basic TV speakers. The only problem I've noticed with the unit is that it's a bit finicky about receiving IR remote signals for off/on. Sometimes I have to hit the button 3 or 4 times to get the TV to turn off/on. Weird. Anyway, I really enjoy the set and recommend to anyone needing a basic TV.
