We bought this TV in mid 2023 used it 3 out of 7 days a week for approximately 4 hours per day and the display started acting up with horizontal lines first, then beaming light displays everytime when in TV mode. Eventually the picture colors became distorted even on HDMI input. This item lasted as it should less than 18 months and it is being replaced 2 years after purchasing.
Only positive thing about this TV is the big button remote. Great for people that don't want to put on their readers to change the channel.
Sad to have to replace it just for that.

The tv looked great when we set it up. We took all the precautions to install on wall but apparently not enough as there was a pressure crack on the lower corner. Didn't notice until the tv was turned on. Took back to Best Buy and no success getting any money back. Just left the broken tv with them to recycle. We never got to enjoy the tv. We moved two other tvs the same weekend with no problems. The internal material must very cheap for this to occur. Spent $200 with nothing to show for it.

I bought this tv to replace a tv that broke. I got it home and that’s what I got. I took it back to Best Buy and they said it was fine even after I showed them the pictures. So now I have a 43” paperweight. I am not very happy. I have only had it since Saturday. The half that works looks really good. That’s my review. On a side note the sound is really good. Better than my sound bar. All I want is a tv that works like it should.

It was on sale. Placed it underneath my Gazebo to replace my older led tv. Picture is decent but the brightness is the issue. I have the settings to maximum and it’s darker in comparison to my older led tv. Maybe best in indoor settings. My review is solely on being outdoors.

Don’t get a full screen, bought it set it up, turn it on, watch its for a few minutes, then the top part of the black out, the first time I every bought a tv that did this, I’m so angry

Had the TV less than 2 years to date (July 2024) and the picture quality is terrible. Has been this way for a few months. There are streaks in the texts for the screen menu. The color is blotchy orange & red shades. I adjusted the color, brightness, contract & nothing helps.

This tv was a Christmas gift for my mother who hates technology but needed a new tv. I was thrilled to find non smart tv from a decent brand. She was gifted the tv on Christmas day, i set it up for her on January 7th. The only thing attached is a fios cable box. Today is January 13 and the television has stopped recognizing anything plugged into the hdmi ports. As you can see in yhe photos, the cable box is clearly on but the tv no longer recognizes it. I'd like to know how to get a refund or replacement because this is ridiculous.
