I love my fire TV. This was the easiest purchase I ever made. I ordered online and picked up at the store an hour after purchase. The associates were amazing and professional. I also used zip pay which was a life saver. Thank you.

very fast.. very loud for people with poor hearing like me. but if you coming from a LG 4k UHD this one will look like CRAP. returned because to me this does not look like 4k

Picture and sound were great, but the backlight went out in 2 years and it is cheaper to buy a new tv than get it fixed.

Bought this TV for my daughter's apartment and we both absolutely love it. Great quality at a great price. We love that it’s a fire TV and takes voice commands & has lots of apps for streaming. She doesn’t have cable but us able to enjoy so many show thru the apps included on the TV. I would highly recommend this TV.

Excellent quality Smart TV at an affordable price.

Picture clear through viewing angle is probably best sitting directly in front. Sound is not the best but satisfactory, use of sound bar would be a big improvement but not necessary. Great TV for the price.

New bedroom TV ... This tv is awesome, with it being a smart tv it as has a few features that are not readily available on others like the IMDB channel. You can not find IMDB as an app on the appletv or roku tv's but hey its on here and all the movies are free. It's like a cable channel within itself.

I bought this TV two years ago and have been very satisfied with it….until this weekend. The backlight in the TV went out. You can just barely make out the background and it still has sound. This should not be happening with a two year old TV. I see that other people have had the same issue in the past. Now I’m having to buy another TV for my living room.

Overall great quality with Netflix and YouTube, but terrible with cable and very hard to find channels but other than that great.

Good price for a Fire TV, but you get what you pay for. Interface is sluggish, and most frustrating of all, it does not support Alexa Home Theater speaker groups. So if you're trying to use Echo Studio + Echo Sub as the audio output, you're SOL. Bluetooth audio works okay, but there is noticable latency and can only output to one Echo at a time. Annoying because this was the entire reason I went with this TV instead of adding a Fire Stick to the old one.
