Bought the service protection for peace of mind since the black friday price was right.

Decent for short period of watching

It lasted for a total of 16 months before the back lights went out on it TV still turns on but to have it repaired would cost either the same amount or more just to replace those lights. Upon other reviews I found that a lot of people that even bought it new the same issue would occurred.

Good price for a Fire TV, but you get what you pay

Interface is sluggish, and most frustrating of all, it does not support Alexa Home Theater speaker groups. So if you're trying to use Echo Studio + Echo Sub as the audio output, you're SOL. Bluetooth audio works okay, but there is noticable latency and can only output to one Echo at a time. Annoying because this was the entire reason I went with this TV instead of adding a Fire Stick to the old one.

DO NOT BUY

It’s always telling me I don’t have storage, when I absolutely do. The remote stopped working, so I bought another…that won’t work either. Have to use my app to change the channel…honestly…I never write reviews but this is just a waste of money.
