This was a clearance item. But for $98, it was a great deal. I had to buy legs, a remote control and a power cord for it from Amazon for about $40. It is a great 4K picture.

Great tv for the price point. Fire aspects work flawlessly as do the voice controls. The picture is not the best especially the black levels but at the price this sells for it us in line with what you would expectfor it in line with what you would expect.

WORST TV EVER. I’ve owned it for a month and can’t return. It’s always telling me I don’t have storage, when I absolutely do. The remote stopped working, so I bought another…that won’t work either. Have to use my app to change the channel…honestly…I never write reviews but this is just a waste of money.

Service, (order and delivery), was nothing less than excellent! However, it is unfortunate that Best Buy no longer gives U.S. Military Vets discounts...so sad. I will still be a loyal customer since I have never had a negative experience with them. Thank you

Really good TV. No issues with it at all. Works as intended.

If You want a decent entry level 50 inch 4K TV with decent sound and picture this one will do. If You want to be wowed spend a hundred dollars more. That's about it.

Nice Tv but would not be my first recommendation, I did purchase this as a floor option as is. It lasted for a total of 16 months before the back lights went out on it TV still turns on but to have it repaired would cost either the same amount or more just to replace those lights. Upon other reviews I found that a lot of people that even bought it new the same issue would occurred.

Had to be replaced just a few days before the warranty expired. Other then that it has been a good tv

Still have not had long enough to formulate a solid opinion. I have nothing negative to say, but I have never purchased this brand before so want to see how it preforms over the long haul.

It’s an Okay TV got the price! I do have a problem with the fact that it keeps telling me that I’m out of space even when I haven’t added anything! Also it kept not being connected and I had to keep unplugging it and plugging it back up everyday for like 6 months the. Finally it hasn’t done that it a while but, keeps saying some of my apps aren’t available

Great tv just had to go purchase screws for the legs since it was an open box purchase. Also power button doesn't work on remote anymore but if i push one of say the Netflix buttons it turns tv on.

The tv is great. The volume could be a bit louder througg the tv speakers. It's not terrible, but it could've been better. But I have a Vizio soundbar, so I'm good.

I was soooo excited when this Insignia TV appeared for Black Friday sale. It was offered someplace else, but more expensive. Other family members have this TV and it came highly recommended. The curbside pickup was no problem and young man assisted me with loading it in the car.

I was always a Best Buy enthusiast...and came across GREAT SALE PRICES at a random time! There's ALWAYS some awesome SALES online on the Best Buy site...and I got an Insignia Smart TV for an insanely low price! IT'S AWESOME!! Service, Price, Delivery and the TV itself ALL TOP NOTCH!!

So far this TV is good. Still trying to figure out how to integrate it with my echo show. Casting to this YouTube is not quick and easy unlike Vizio. But, that is ok. Got it on a deal so can’t complain couple of caveats

This is a great TV. This was a replacement for the one that failed during the Geek Protection program. The unit failed, Geek squad came to view problem and informed me that it will be replaced. No hassle at all. New tv performed better then the one that failed.
