TV works great with no issues. I live the fact that the Firestick option is built in. If i could complain about something, it would be that there needs to be more memory for apps on the TV. I am just app crazy, so normal users probably will not have a problen.

Easy on line buying and efficient curb side pickup. Very reasonable price for a 50 inch TV. Have noticed while watching football, that it displays green grass lighter than my other TV.

Very nice TV... Couldn't be more happy... But aside from that, my experience picking it up was awesome... I wish I could remember the name of the young man that helped me, but he made the whole "pick it up in the parking lot" experience very easy and smooth... Good job to you guys in general...

Very sturdy. Love the brand. Last insignia we bought was about 8 years ago and has went thru 4 kids (2of which are twins, and they are only 4 yrs old) it has been dropped several times from them hitting tv stand and it is still going strong. Decided to get another for our master bedroom.

Awesome TV over all, but as of today 11/18/23, it quit working, no picture and sound is very low. So it was good till it wasn’t. Bought on July 23,22

This TV picture is just as good as the expensive brand of Samsung or another big name brand, except you are saving money. You cannot tell the difference, LED 4K is a lovely display.

Bought this tv for the garage. Picked it out because of the built in Amazon Fire and ability to download additional apps like DishAnywhere. WiFi adaptor is strong and picks up WiFi no problem for buffer less streaming!

Could be a little more faster UI but for the price I can’t complain. It works great for my mom and basically is like an upgrade

This tv worked great for all the main things only thing I don’t like is you can’t airplay.

I bought this TV for Christmas. It is a smart TV. An Amazon Fire edition. It was an excellent price and I am very happy with my purchase. I bought most of my Christmas presents from Best Buy this year. They offered great prices and great service. I really liked the curbside pick-up.

I absolutely love this television! With all the smart features and having Alexa enabled it is so easy to watch anything we want. I trust this brand and would definitely buy again.

I was very satisfied with my purchase frkm best buy not only did i get this 4k 50 inch tv at the best price around and trust me i shopped and priced around for days . But they got my purchase to me before the estimated date and time and kept me upto date perfectly. Thank you best buy.

TV was damaged upon deli ery, ut I was a le to return to the storeN TV was in stock, so in was exchangedwith noo problems. Fast and easy.

Cant beat the price on this. I love that it gets Spotify as well. Sometimes the picture will go dark and light repeatedly so I have to close the app and log back on but other than that it’s perfect so far

Well it still works... ive already seen very soon the television pixels sort of break up all over the screen then it went back to normal, its done it about 3 times since ive bought it.. but sadly it would be a hard to return item because of my life style being a single mother without any help.. the television is very huge and too heavy for me to return .. sort of impossible honestly, expecially when i dont have help and new to the area.. but its working and havent glitched out ridiculously but upsetting it happened within only a few days of having it..

I bought my first smart tv after having a salesman explain them to me When i went into the i was just planning on looking but the service i received was so good i ended up buying brand of tv and the size i was looking for after having it delivered & set up I'm glad i bought it

I do not like this TV at all. I tried to download some apps that I always use on ROKU, but this TV would no allow it. The picture is great, set up is great. But because of the control Amazon Fire Stick has on this TV I can not wait to get rid of it and I will never buy another one with Firestick.

For this class of TV this was one of the best values I could find. The screen sharpness was great, and the colors are good. The Fire TV features are a welcome addition, and there wasn't a need to add a another smart TV device.
