Got for my brother and no problems so far. Only annoyance is the random lagging but it’s because sometimes it needs an updated which it doesn’t tell you. You have to check.

Good product for the price. Slow start-up. remote not much responsive even with brand new batteries. Average colors depth. Good sound for this model.

This is the fourth Insignia I've purchased over the last couple of years for different areas of my home. So far I like the smart tv's and the various features. This particular purchased replaced a Toshiba I had for about 6 years before calling it quit.

I usually don't write reviews but I feel like customers should know about these issues. I purchased this TV because it has the fire TV capability built in. I quickly realized that the Fire TV part of the TV does not work well at all I have to restart the TV on a daily basis because the fire TV part of the TV freezes up. So I had to spend another $50 on a 4K fire stick in order to get the same experience that I had before I purchased this TV. The TV itself is a good TV it has a good picture. sound is great but I think that insignia needs to go away from selling these TVs with the built-in fire TV capability because it just doesn't work and it makes me not want to buy an insignia. In fact we were looking for a TV for my parents that would be easy for them to use and I thought I would get them one of these because the remote has Netflix Hulu HBO and prime video buttons directly on the remote so that would make it easier for my elderly parents but it doesn't work properly so we did not buy it We bought a Sony and then hooked up a 4K fire stick to it so beware if you're buying this TV based on the fact that you want to use the fire TV capabilities you will be very frustrated. After I had the issues I started looking online at different forums and apparently this is an ongoing issue that has happened to thousands of people I wish that I had done my research first

Sound Could Be A Little Better But I Purchased The Toshiba 2.1 Sound Bar With Sub Woofer Hope Sound Gets Better, Have To Wait Until They Send Remote Control For Sun Woofer To See How Well It Sounds,

A must have if you have Amazon Prime. I had to change my setting on the TV because it was not upscaling to 4k on my XBOX One S. It was somewhat aggravating but eventually I figured it out. I would recommend to anyone because of the value and bang for your buck.

No comolaints about this tv. Startinf off young so great tv for the money speakers are great but I purchased an insignia sound bar to go with it that goes great with it as well.

I've had a great experience with this TV already and it hasn't even been a whole month! I highly recommend it if your looking for a family TV this would be a perfect fit.

I enjoy my Smart TV. I can’t remember the exact date I purchased it. It’s installed on my wall. I got it at an a great price.

Bought TV for our bedroom, mainly for my 3 year old toddler who likes to watch youtube on a big screen. He loves it, he can just say what he wants to watch through the little voice control on the remote and he finds it....mind you, this is a 3 year old kid.

This was a gift for my daughter's 25th birthday. She was totally static with surprise. She couldn't wait to open it and display it in her bedroom. It was a great deal. I would definitely recommend to anyone as a gift or a purchase for yourself.

Tv works fine but the remote stopped working right after the return window closed

Great deal at the Black Friday price of $150 and convenient curbside pick up. Using in one of the kid’s bedrooms and he uses Hulu so is beyond satisfied. He said speakers are fine but we will make it better with a Samsung sound bar we also got ay a sale price.

Troublesome from the start. Now image goes black intermittently. Remote stop working and it's not the battery. Search feature is very mediocre. Worst of all no manual controls for power, sound and channel change for when the remote is not working.

Great tv for the price but the picture is a bit fuzzy. Colors seem blurred. Still trying to figure out if it is a setting

Oh my GOD,this tv is fantastic, and the price was great. Bestbuy employees were very nice & professional. Easy to talk with and check out was a breeze. I am a big fan of bestbuy and there costumer service.
