The remote has less controls, for example no direct entry for stations. If your using a remote provided by cable, not an issue, but if using for over the air stations the lack of direct entry buttons is inconvenient.

The TV has a Voice remote with Alexa. I was able to connect my ring camera to the tv. Great graphics. Highly recommend this tv.

I do love using the fire tv and having my Alexa linked. It's nice to use voice commands to use and watch tv.
