The remote has less controls, for example no direct entry for stations. If your using a remote provided by cable, not an issue, but if using for over the air stations the lack of direct entry buttons is inconvenient.

We've been trying to get the sound quality nailed down for a week now, but on treble it still goes pitchy and vibrates. Tried compensating with face and it changed the voices and blurred the words into a monotone. I have a sound bar, but was really hoping not to have to use it.
