Purchased it Feb. 2023 today TV went completely dark on its own but with audio. Also!! Sony headphones hooked up to the TV only works when watching DirectTV but when I switch to Netflix or Amazon Prime there is no audio. I done pretty much all the troubleshooting but to no avail.

Picture comes in and out and remote does not have any numbers to change channels on regular TV. It was easy to set up and is designed for Streaming instead of regular TV. Always have to go back to home to get a new channel or program.
