Don't waste your money!

I turned to Google after trying to shut the TV off and unplugging it for 10+ minutes didn't work and apparently this is a common issue that has started affecting more people this year. When Paying almost $400 for a TV I would expect it to last for more than 2 years. The only option that I found that may work if unplugging it doesn't, is a factory reset... Except you NEED TO SEE THE SCREEN to do this....

Yesterday it had a green screen when viewing all apps through the built in fire stick. The sound came through fine. The only way to fix it was to unplug the tv. If it happens again, I’ll be returning it.

Open box wasn’t satisfactory

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased an open box excellent for just 8$ less that the actual monitor considering it will be the best condition checked by Best Buy but the screen tilts towards the front instead of being straight and there is no way I can adjust that. After setting it up it feels like it is falling towards the front.
