I bought this TV 2 years ago and in the middle of watching a movie the screen started to flicker and then went dark to the point you can't watch or see anything. I turned to Google after trying to shut the TV off and unplugging it for 10+ minutes didn't work and apparently this is a common issue that has started affecting more people this year. When Paying almost $400 for a TV I would expect it to last for more than 2 years. The only option that I found that may work if unplugging it doesn't, is a factory reset... Except you NEED TO SEE THE SCREEN to do this....

So, bought this because the first one died after 15 months and I didn't have a warranty. This one is now showing a rectangular shadow, and thankfully I have a 5 year warranty so will now go thru that process. Too bad because it's a great TV when working!

A piece of trash. Never buy TVs brand Insignia. Purchased it Feb. 2023 today TV went completely dark on its own but with audio. Also!! Sony headphones hooked up to the TV only works when watching DirectTV but when I switch to Netflix or Amazon Prime there is no audio. I done pretty much all the troubleshooting but to no avail.
