After geek squad coming out and support phone calls this TV is still glitchy. Great look and sound until you can not use it due to the unit moving the cursor by itself, then selecting things for you. Or the volume goes to max or min with out provocation. An attempt to get a different remote was explored but the tv will still do this using and device. Disappointing
