    Only regret is not putting insurance. Bc my 55in went out. It wasnt even a 1yr old.

    Bought one of these as an open box originally. The remote would turn the tv on but would not pair with the Bluetooth, We called insignia so they shipped a new remote and it still wouldn’t pair. We packed it up and took it back to Best Buy and exchanged it for a new tv. The second tv was the same, it wouldn’t pair either. We tried troubleshooting twice with Insignia. Needless to say, I wouldn’t buy an insignia ever again and it’s pretty frustrating to have mounted 2 tvs and then had to box them back up and return.
