HORRIBLE

On 2/16/2025 they called me and the tv had gone out. The tv was delivered on 2/17/23 I also had a two year warranty which would have expired on2/16/25. I called to get it serviced on 2/16/25 and they told me it expired on 2/15/25 The day before. How convenient. I said it should have a warranty until tomorrow. They said no. This TV should have lasted more than exactly two years but I guess it must me this make. HORRIBLE service.

Short timer

And this happened just over a year from purchase. Will they accept a return ? Keep y'all update

Not Worth

The TV gives no extra pleasure from a smart tv that has the Fire TV dongle in one of the HDMI ports. And as compared, the picture quality sucks. I have been having picture related issues since month 3 and it just keeps on going. No way to fix it, just get another TV which I will do this Thanksgiving and probably get a Sony/Samsung with Alexa capability (I like Fire TV interface though, just not this TV).
