The item last exactly one year. This was the second replacement and they would not cover it under warranty. I called them repeatedly from June 18 until and when they decided to contact me back they stated the warranty was gone! This was rude and very unfair because I tried to contact before June 21, 2023 and bc they would not answer or help then said was to late

After using it for more than a year, I would say please do not buy unless you are seriously on a budget. The TV gives no extra pleasure from a smart tv that has the Fire TV dongle in one of the HDMI ports. And as compared, the picture quality sucks. I have been having picture related issues since month 3 and it just keeps on going. No way to fix it, just get another TV which I will do this Thanksgiving and probably get a Sony/Samsung with Alexa capability (I like Fire TV interface though, just not this TV).
