    DO NOT BUY THIS TV! I have purchased 3 and they were all a mistake. The first one I bought as an open-box, after several months the backlight went out, and I thought well that’s what I get for choosing an open-box. It was still under a year old so the manufacturers warranty still applied, after replacing the power board ir was determined that it was not fixable and I received a store credit/refund. I purchased a 2nd tv and a 3rd a couple weeks apart, same exact model, and within a month there were vertical lines running across the screen with no picture on tv #2. Again the manufacturer warranty was still good so I had scheduled a repair. The repairman came and determined it may need a new power board just like the 1st and that he would need to order ir and schedule another time tk come out and install. He warned me it may not be the fix and I would then be issued a refund. I told him I had been through this before, unfortunately. As the days pass waiting for the 2nd repair appointment for tv #2, tv #3 graced me with a huge 3 inch yellow streak running vertically down the left side of the screen. I will probably go through the whole process again and I’m actually hoping that it is not fixable either so I can get a refund and purchase a whole different brand of tv.

    The picture quality is fine and the TV works as expected but there was a horrible odor when it was unpacked that is still lingering even quite a while after purchase.

    The tv it’s self was great! The remote broke in a week, and the phone app was hit and miss. I returned it and went back to roku
