    Piece of Junk. Stopped working one year and 3 months after I bought it. Luckily I purchased with my AmEx so I used their warranty to get refund

    Buffering!!! This tv seems to have a problem with buffering. Was fine for about the 1st week, then started having buffering issues when watching anything through an app such as Netflix, Youtube, Philo, etc. WiFi speed is over 100mbps with a speed test. Hooked up an ethernet cable and still get buffering. Have reset the tv, which helps for awhile, but the buffering returns soon after. Seems the operating system/hardware on the TV just can't keep up. Looked today to see if I can return the tv, and says I'm one day past the return time! I purchased July 17th, today is Aug 1st 2021. By my calculations today is the 15th day, but BestBuy thinks otherwise. Very disappointed with BestBuy and this TV!

    Need settings recommendations for better picture

    Factory settings not giving me the greatest picture :( I don’t see anything on RTNGS specifically. Does anyone have a recommendation? Willing to try anything, before returning. Thanks

    Brought 2 of them around black Friday. One worked and one didn't work. Screen would not light up. Returned the one that didn't work. Could not exchange because they where sold out.

    I have 3 other 50 inch insignia and they work great! Except for the one I just purchased in March of 2022. It worked fine for a couple of weeks.

    Ill never buy an insignia product again. This tv stopped working, the screen is so messed up. I barely used it. And Insignia refuses to back their products because 1 yr has passed. Well, how about checking how nany hours were used on the product? Hardly any! I DO NOT recommend this brand or product! To get it repaired, i have yo first pay a huge service fee, then parts, then who knows? By that pint, i will have paid double for this TV. So disappointed and regretful with Insignia product and service!

    TV is ok. Fire tv is more for a internet format than antenna. No direct access to channels, have to go to a grid menu to get a specific channel. Or you can use up/down button to go thru all channels. A weird deal with sound controls, you cannot turn on internal speakers if head phone jack is used. My old one let me do this and I could easily choose to use my amplifier or not. I mounted this high in my shop, so not a choice now. Picture is allright. Takes a long time to power up. Remote os small, easy to hit wrong button.

    I forgot the hardship I have always had with Fire products. You can't download certain things like Xfinity because it is not supported. Over all my experience at Best Buy was great!

    Sadly it had dead pixels and had to return it. Mine was open box so may have been a fluke

    I've had the tv about a month and had to call Amazon technical support twice to do factory resets and also called queek squad twice for help. I've never had bought a brand new tv and had problems with them before. For example couldnt select inputs, couldnt turn channel, or raise volume up or down or even talk into remote. It did whst it wanted to do. It seems to be working after the last factory reset but its only been a couple days.
