Great picture quality
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I forgot the hardship I have always had with Fire products. You can't download certain things like Xfinity because it is not supported. Over all my experience at Best Buy was great!

Having alot of issues with this tv
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've had the tv about a month and had to call Amazon technical support twice to do factory resets and also called queek squad twice for help. I've never had bought a brand new tv and had problems with them before. For example couldnt select inputs, couldnt turn channel, or raise volume up or down or even talk into remote. It did whst it wanted to do. It seems to be working after the last factory reset but its only been a couple days.

Horrible TV and Best Buy doesn’t stand behind it’!
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Horrible TV don’t waist your money, hardly used and broke a couple of months outside the year warranty. Best Buy doesn’t back up their own brand. You get what you pay for and expect to have it for a year or so no more than that!

Look for other options
||Posted . Owned for 11 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This tv was not good. The remote & tv connection was unstable repeatedly only a couple months in. It’s an ok price for a tv but definitely not built to be a long term tv. It lasted about a year. Would never buy again & definitely wouldn’t recommend.

Good value
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good value, but three times it has made a burping sound and the sound went out. Got it back by taking it back to default and reloading everything.

2 years of life only
||Posted . Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased 1/2022. Picture went out 4/2024. It’s used about 3 hours per day. I expected more from Insignia. I do own another tv by Insignia that’s 10 years old and still works great.

Bad remote
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased this on Black Friday for company to use in the bonus room. This was used for 2 weeks during the holidays and when tried last month, only the basic buttons operate. Several buttons have stopped functioning, so we now have to navigate to over the air/ live tv through or streaming services through the arrow buttons or Alexa. Other than the issues with the remote, the tv is decent.

Nice TV... BUT........
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.very nice TV for the price. bought it in June 2021 last night screen went black. My mistake was not getting extended warranty. Best buy not Insignia was able to help me. TV going in the trash. Will buy a different tv elsewhere. I have TVs that last me 6 years and still going ... disappointed.

Did not last
||Posted . Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Not a great tv. It started having issues with the image after a few months. But it would come on and off and we would restart the tv and it would fix the issue. After two years of only using it occasionally (it is not our main tv), it is now permanently showing lines and purple/pink areas on the screen. It also completely freezes up if you use it for video games.
