Tv seems very nice but you can’t leave the batteries in the remote or they drain them immediately.

Not a great tv. It started having issues with the image after a few months. But it would come on and off and we would restart the tv and it would fix the issue. After two years of only using it occasionally (it is not our main tv), it is now permanently showing lines and purple/pink areas on the screen. It also completely freezes up if you use it for video games.

    Absolutely Not Recommended

First of all I purchased this as a "NEW" TV. But this TV was at least mounted inside of the store. 1. Came with a large scratch on the back of the TV. 2. The bag that it comes in that is used to pull the TV out of the box was a crinkled up. 3. Four screws for the TV mount were screwed into the back of the TV, but this TV is not supposed to come with any mounting screws. 4. Finally you can see where someone had plugged/unplugged HDMI cables leaving scratches around the HDMI plugs. But this is supposedly a "NEW" TV. Secondly you absolutely cannot use this TV without the tiny little remote it comes with. The problem is, when the TV boots up, it goes to a startup screen every single time in which you would need the Insignia remote to change to your main input, every... single... time. That to me is the last straw. I mean what happens if this tiny little remote is lost? Someone would have to get up to the TV and change inputs. I don't want to have to keep track of two remotes just to use my TV. NO WAY. Why can't it boot up to my last or main input? I have other smart TV's and none of them act in this manner. Other than that, the picture and sound are not bad. This TV is going back to the store.

This TV is a piece of crap. The audio has had issues. The screen can’t keep up with the color transitions in some instances. Most importantly, I have to unplug it and restart it multiple times DAILY because it won’t load or connect to an app even though my Ethernet cable is directly hooked up to the TV itself and it constantly signs me out of accounts on apps too. I wouldn’t recommend this Television to anyone. Pay a little more and get something better, this isn’t worth the headache

This TV has been a trial since day 1. Have had little issues with it all along. Would have to constantly reboot, started going off when I changed the volume, etc. Now, a year and a half later, it's gone completely dead. Would NEVER buy this brand again.

I just need help with my product I have called up 3 times for help with this TV. It came out of the box looking perfectly fine but when i plugged it in and turned it on there were marks all over the TV, something like a burn in I think. I was disappointed and put the TV back in the box to exchange or return, whatever was possible. I’m a busy person and I wasn’t able to return the product within time so my next step was a repair. Now I called about a repair 2-3 times with no solution or assistance in sight. I have had this TV in the box sitting in my house for about 5-6 months now because I had given up but I can’t even leave this TV just sitting her anymore and I have no options. Best Buy please help.

Broken just 2 years later. Insignia is a joke of a company and I am DONE buying their products. This is the third tv I have had from them that has broken just over the warranty. This is a joke.

It was a fine inexpensive TV, but recently, less than two years after purchase, I turned it on and the screen was full of lines and distortion. I had to purchase a replacement.
